The location of this B&B is great for exploring the Sun Moon Lake area. You can easily take a public bus to get to the lake or catch the ferry at Ita Thao. the room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and a great view. the breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful, offering travel advice and even tea and snacks.

The Wi-Fi connection could be better and there is no elevator in the building which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The hotel's location, close to the town centre and by the pier, made it convenient to explore the city's attractions, including the ferry at Ita Thao and the station of the Ropeway.

Stayed over Christmas and for once the location was ideal. We were close to the lake and could take a boat to the main pier easily. the bed was comfortable and we had a good view of the beautiful surroundings. the breakfast offered was simple but hot and filling. the staff was efficient and could help out when needed.

The hotel was old and not well-maintained. the room felt dirty and damp.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel like we were right at home. , the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the pier and the main food street. the B&B offered ferry and cable car tickets, which saved us time and effort. Lastly, we enjoyed the cozy tea session offered by the owners in the evenings, which made for a relaxing way to end our days.

The water heater was a bit of a challenge, as the temperature kept fluctuating between extremely hot and icy cold. the water pressure was quite low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.
